Article 1, in order to strengthen the management of safe production, to increase the level of safe production of celestial hotels, to prevent and reduce production security accidents, to guarantee the lives and property security of the people, and to establish this provision in accordance with the People's Republic of China Act on Safety Production and Security of Beijing and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 2

Article 26 Star meals should set up emergency broadcasts capable of covering all areas of business and can be broadcast in two languages in English.
In the aftermath of a production security accident in the Star hotels, emergency relief advances should be swiftly initiated, effective measures should be taken to organize personnel evacuations, prevent accidents from expanding and, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city, in a timely manner, reporting public safety, safe production monitoring, tourism.
