(Adopted by the 45th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Yumnang on 16 October 2006 No. 140 of the People's Government Order No. 140 of 26 October 2006 and published effective 1 December 2006) In order to preserve the unity of the rule of law, the provincial Government's Office for Rule of Law, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the provincial economic commissions, together with the relevant departments, have fully cleared the existing 179 regulations and 178 normative documents developed by the Government of the province by 31 May 2006. Based on the results of the clean-up, the Government of the province decided to repeal the following three regulations and seven normative documents that were incompatible with the newly published laws, regulations and the provisions of the State Department or were replaced by new provisions: Regulations (i) The provisional provision for urban and rural trade market management in the province of Yunnan (issued on 17 March 1989) (ii) The provisional provision for the insurance of third-party responsibility for motor vehicles in the province of Yunnan (issued No. 3 of 18 August 1993) (iii) “Assessment of crop seed management in the province of Yunnan” (issued No. 4 of the People's Government Order No. 6 of 19 August 1993) Normative documents (i) “Provisional provisions on the management of the market in the city of Yunnan province” (issued in document No. [1993]193 of 4 September 1993) (ii) The Regulation on the Management of the Carriage Station in the Province of Yunnan (issued on 11 October 1993) (iii) “Agriculture tax enforcement approach in the province of Yunnan” (issued on 14 April 1994 [1994]91) (iv) “Provisional approach to the management of automotive schools and the driver's training industry in Yumnan province” (issued in document No. [1996]42 of 17 February 1996] (v) Implementation of the economic trade management approach in the Southern Province (issued as document No. [1996]121 of 28 June 1996] (vi) The rules on administrative review of cases by the People's Government of the State of Yunnan (a pilot) (issued in document No. [1998]169 of 2 September 1998) (vii) “Provisional approach to agricultural taxation in the province of Yunnan” (issued on 15 April 2004) This decision has been implemented effective 1 December 2006. |
