In order to strengthen livestock dying and quarantine, test management and human health, this approach has been developed in the light of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China Animal Prevention Act.
Article 2 units and individuals involved in the processing, refrigeration, transport, operation and use of livestock and poultry products in the administration of the city shall be subject to this approach. Individuals in rural areas suffer from hunger.
Article III refers to the acts of poultry referred to in this approach as cattle, sheep, pigs, ventons, mama, donors and poultry.

Article IV. (ix) The planning sector is responsible for the approval of the candidate sites for the veterans (grounds).
Article 5 Livestock (grounds) should be established in accordance with the principles of integrated planning, reasonable bunkering, profitable circulation, enhanced quarantine testing and management, and in line with the provisions of sanitation, animal protection and environmental protection.

Article 7.
