    In the second, sixth, "the people's Government above the county level administration of industry and commerce" is amended as "industry and commerce administration departments at or above the county level."
    Delete the sixth part (a) of the "attestation of the contract".
    In the third, seventh and 27th "technical supervision" is amended as "the quality and technical supervision".
