(i) Article 1 amends “to develop this approach in the light of the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China Mapping Act and the Northern Province of the River to implement the People's Republic of China Mapping Act in the light of the actual needs of the province to adapt to the economic and social development of the nation”.
(ii) Changes in “sectors working on management mapping” in the approach are “forming administrative authorities”.
(iii) Changes in “plans” in Articles 6 and 7” are “development and reform”.
(iv) Article 9 amends as follows: “The following basic mapping projects are organized by provincial mapping administrative authorities:
(i) The establishment and review of the PACT, the Highway Control Network and the Space Positioning Network throughout the province;
(ii) The collection of geo-information data on the basis of a measurement system of five thousand and one half of the basic size of the map of administrative authorities in the province;
(iii) Establishment and improvement of a GIS-based GIS;
(iv) Air photographs and remote sensing mapping for access to basic geographic information;
(v) The preparation of the geodesy map for all provincial maps;
(vi) Establish and maintain provincial basic mapping facilities;
(vii) The Department of State maps other basic mapping projects provided by the executive authorities and the provincial people's Government.
(v) Article 10 was amended to read: “The following basic mapping projects are organized by district, district (market) mapping administrative authorities:
(i) The establishment and review of the PACT, the Highway Control Network and the Space Positioning Network in this administrative region;
(ii) The collection of geo-information data on the basis of measurements and corresponding metrics, which are part of the city, the district (market) to map the administrative authorities by a percentage of five, one kilometre, one kilometre of the basic size map;
(iii) The establishment and improvement of the geographic information system based on the current administrative region;
(iv) Provincial mapping of other basic mapping projects provided by the executive authorities and the people's Government.”
(vi) Article 11, paragraph 2, was amended to read: “The basic scale maps of mountainous areas under the provincial mapping of administrative authorities do not exceed 10 years and five years, respectively; the updated cycle of basic scale maps for the management of the administrative authorities is generally not more than five years.”
(vii) Article 12, paragraph 2, was amended to read: “Basic mapping projects should be provided to units that have obtained a mapping certificate under the law.”
(viii) Article 13, paragraph (ii), reads as follows: “The executive authority for mapping the project location should be informed before the measurement is carried out”.
(ix) The word “fifth day” in article 15 is “90 days”.
(x) Article 16 was amended to read: “No unit or individual may unauthorizedly replicate, transfer or transfer the results of the basic mapping without the consent of the owner of the results. Confirmation of the need to replicate the results of confidential mapping should be managed by pre-stigation”.
(xi) Delete article 18.
(xii) In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly. In addition, individual languages were revised.
