(iii) Article 12 amends as follows: “In violation of article 5 of this application, the Regulations on the Protection of Radio Television Facilities have been prescribed for administrative penalties and are implemented in accordance with their provisions; no provision has been made for a period of time to be converted to the TV management sector at the district level, with no later than one thousand dollars. |
