Article 1, in order to regulate the work of local logs, to document in a comprehensive, objective and real manner the historical and realities of the region, to develop, in the light of the actual practice of the province, the local logs, qualifications, teaching and the role of promoting economic and social development, and to develop this provision, in accordance with the Regulations on Work of the Chitang (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 2
Article 3 refers to local logs, including local logs, local integrated Yearbook.
The local book refers to the comprehensive system of information literature on the history and status of natural, economic, political, cultural and social regions of the administration.
The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, economic, political, cultural, social and economic aspects of the present administrative region.
The local logs are divided into the provinces, the city of the area (with the self-government, under the same name) and the local logs that are cod in the district (in the city of the district, the province's jurisdiction).
Article IV works as a basis for promoting sustained, civilization and healthy development throughout society, public goods and regular work. Article 5 Requirements for local work should be included in the current financial budget and pledged to be paid in full and on time.
Article 6
(i) To follow up on the laws, regulations, regulations and relevant policies relating to the work of local logs, and to develop operational protocols for the codification of local logs;
(ii) Organizing, directing and overseeing local works;

(iv) Organizing the compilation of local logs in this administrative area, local integrated Yearbooks, and organizing expert evaluations of the local logs that have been compiled;

(vi) Training of magistrate staff;
(vii) To organize the development of local logic resources, the establishment of a pool of local or local logic material and website to provide services to the public;
(viii) Other matters to be delivered by the Government of the people at this level and by the top-level local community.
Article 7.
The local authors have a dedicated part-time combination, and the quality of the pooled personnel should be adapted to the need for the codification of the local log, with the corresponding expertise and writing capacity. The preparation of local logs should involve experts, scholars, who can be employed in a manner that is suitable for the preparation of local logs, and members of ethnic minorities should be involved.
The Government of the people at the local level above shall provide the local authors with the corresponding working conditions and living conditions, and take measures to ensure the relative stability of the local authors.
Article 8
Article 9 has been compiled by local scripts of names in the administrative area of the district and the local integrated Yearbook, respectively, by the local authorities of the same-ranking people, in accordance with the planning organization, and other organizations and individuals are not allowed to codify themselves.
Government departments, industry, social groups, business units may compile their own books or Yearbooks, which shall be subject to the operational guidance of the local working agencies of the Government of the people at the present stage, in accordance with the operational guidance of the local government.
Article 10. All State organs, social groups, business units and military presences in the province should support and assist local codification efforts, as required, by completing local logs, by sending and carrying out the preparation of the local consolidated Yearbook. Where units with the task of compiling local logs are to be assigned to and have relatively fixed codifys, operations should be guided by the local logs of the people's Government.
Article 11. Local authorities at the local level of the people's Government may collect information relevant to local grams to society, and the relevant units and individuals should be actively provided and not denied. The local authors can communicate, reproduce and replicate the relevant information in a letter from the local work agency to which they belong, with the exception of State secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy and incompatible with the conditions for the opening of the archives. Article 12
(i) A review by the Provincial Commission of Local Proclamation, which was made available after approval by the Government of the Provincial People;

The local book published in the form of electronic publications is governed by the preceding paragraph.
Article 13
The local consolidated Yearbook of the designation of names at all levels of the district is codified by the organization of local poles of the Royal People's Government and published after approval by the Government of the same people.
Article 14. In the period three months after the publication of a directory at all levels of the executive region, an integrated local Yearbook shall be published by the codified units to send a copy of the book and a copy of the paper to the local logs of the Government of the people at the highest level and to the local authorities of the province. Local logs at all levels of the executive regional name and various forms of information generated by the local integrated Yearbook in the course of the codification process are managed by the local working agencies of the Royal People's Government, where important information is sent to the local work agencies of the Government of the province, and individuals may not be subject to rent, credit and transfer.
Article 15 The local logic literature should be open to society, and units and individuals can use local logic material in accordance with the law.
Governments of people at all levels of the district should support the strengthening of local logic institutions to collate, preserve, develop and develop the use of information and to create conditions conducive to the use of local logic material by all communities of society.
Article 16 provides insights and incentives for units and individuals who have made remarkable achievements in the preparation of local logs at the local level or at the local level.
The results of the local log could be used to participate in the award of scientific excellence in the country and in the province, in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Article 17 has been amended by the heads of government at all levels, subject to the protection of the State's right to work; persons involved in codification enjoy the legitimate rights, such as the right to be a party to the law.
Article 18, in violation of the Regulations and the present provisions, provides for penalties under the Regulations.
