Article 1 protects public safety in order to secure the safe operation of electricity line facilities, in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and regulations such as the People's Republic of China Act on Electricity, the Regulations on the Protection of Power Facilities, and establishes this provision in the light of the actual operation of the city.
Article 2
Article 3. The Municipal Economic Commission is the Authority of Electricity in this city (hereinafter referred to as the electricity management), which is responsible for supervision and management of the facilities of electricity lines.
Districts (markets), governors responsible for the management of electricity are specifically responsible for the supervision, management of electricity lines facilities in the present administration.
Departments such as public safety, forestry, transport, planning, parking and municipal public use are responsible for the protection of electricity line facilities.
Article IV. The power line facility is protected by national legal protection and prohibits any act that endangers the safe operation of electricity lines.
All units and individuals have the right to stop and report to the power line facility owner, the electricity management or the public safety authority; and the power management should grant incentives for the reporting of personnel.
Article 5: The owner of the electricity line facility shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the technical standards and norms established by the State and to strengthen the management of the electricity line facilities to which it belongs in order to avoid endangering public safety.
Article 6. The minimum distance between electricity line facilities and other pipelines, pipelines, buildings, constructions, etc. should be consistent with the relevant national provisions.
Article 7. The owner of the electricity line facility shall establish a safety alert in the following regions:
(i) Awakening position on power;
(ii) Air power lines across the two sides of the highway line;
(iii) fish ponds within the area of the air power line;
(iv) A parallel distance of 500 metres between the two sides of the air power line;
(v) Modalities on electricity lines;
(vi) Other locations should be established for the marking.
Following the construction of the underground cable, the owner of the electricity line facility shall establish a permanent safety alert in accordance with the relevant norms and communicate the distribution of underground cables and the design of technology in writing to the urban planning and municipal utilities.
No unit or person may have the following acts affecting the safety of electricity lines:
(i) The unauthorized access to electrical equipment on the line;
(ii) The installation of broadcasters on boarding, communications cables, radio cables and radio cables without charge;
(iii) The use of typology and latitude;
(iv) Within the context of the provisions of the quat, La line base (35 kidnapped and 5 metres around the line of electricity; 110 buoys and more electricity lines, 10 metres around the Raline) to extract local, hiding, drilling, excavation or dumping of acid, salts and their harmful chemical items;
(v) Lossss of power installations or changes in their depth;

(vii) Authorize the use of walls within the cable route or other routing lines.
Article 10 shall not engage in:
(i) Removals, herals, garbage, mines, flammables, prones and their items that affect safe supply;
(ii) burn kilns, burns;
(iii) Construction of buildings, construction;
(iv) The cultivation may endanger the safe operation of the electricity line or other high-level flora and fauna.
Article 11, in the area of electricity line facilities protection, undertakes basic construction and drilling, drilling, excavation and reloading of farmland water, and should be implemented with the consent of the power line owner and security measures.
Article 12 operates within 500 metres from the level of electricity line facilities, with written consent from the power facility property units or management and approval by the relevant administration.
In addition to urban construction, urban renovation construction works requiring the relocation of electricity line facilities and rehabilitation, electricity line facilities should be dealt with in accordance with the principles of the construction of the construction, and the associated costs should be borne by the latter construction units.
Article 14. The construction of electricity line facilities is coordinated by electricity management organizations when they are hindered by forestry, municipal facilities, urban greenification; it is difficult to coordinate, and the electricity management should provide coordinated advice and report to the municipal government decisions.
Article 15
(i) The construction of new air-conditional power lines requires the passage of forest areas or the use of forested land, which shall be subject to approval by the executive authorities of more than the district level of forestry; the need for logging should be made to process the harvesting process and pay a one-time compensation cost to all tree owners; and the power route shall not recultivate trees that affect the safety of electricity lines;
The construction of new air-conditional power lines should avoid the occupation and passage of special-purpose forests;
(ii) The construction of new air power lines works that require the passage of urban mangrove spaces, the power line owner should consult with the urban greening authorities and pay attention to the protection of the original trees in the construction process; the urban greening authority or the owner of trees should be able to repair the trees that affect the safe operation of the air power line and maintain the distance between the natural strength of the trees, ultimately high and the garbage line line line line line line line line line line line, with the State's security distances; and the cost of the repairs are borne by the electrical facility;
(iii) In accordance with the requirements of the urban greening planning, when greening has been established in the area of air power lines and electricity cable protection, the urban greening authorities should, in consultation with the power line owner and be responsible for repairs and escorts in accordance with the requirements of the electricity line facility owner; and in the maintenance and accident treatment of plants that affect the operation of the electricity line facility, urban green management should be vegetation in a timely manner and should bear related costs.
Article 16: The power line facility owner protects trees or other high-level plants that endanger the safety of electricity line facilities in the area of new cultivation or natural long-lasting power route facilities, which can either be either repaired or dislocated, without paying for forest wood compensation, forest land compensation fees, and vegetation recovery costs.
Article 17, in violation of article 9 of this provision, is subject to correction by a power management order and a fine of up to $3000 million, which causes loss to the owner of the electricity line facility, and the perpetrator should be liable.
Article 18, in violation of article 10, paragraphs 1, 2 and 2, of this provision, is a warning by the electricity management that is responsible for its transformation.

Article 21 Staff who have the responsibility for the protection of the electricity line facilities play a role in the exercise of negligence, in favour of private wings, bribes, which are governed by the law by their own units or superior authorities, and which constitutes a crime and hold criminal responsibility under the law.
