Article 3 is governed by law by the following administrative law enforcement matters within the context of the management of the new technology industrial development area in the State of Hygiene and the State's economic technology development area: (i) The State Industrial and Business Administration has registered outdoor advertisements, the registration of businesses and individual businessmen, the registration of a treasury registration of a treasury of the enterprise, which is located in the high-technical industrial development area of the State, and the implementation of the State's economic technology development area. (vi) The Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the State of Hygiene has established the approval of vocational training institutions, entrusted with the implementation of the Regional Committee on Industrial Development of the High State, the Regional Committee for the Development of Economic Technology and Development of the State; and entrusted the administrative penalties for labour inspections to organizations that are in compliance with the statutory conditions established by the Committee for the Management of the Industrial Development Zone of the High State; (vii) The National Security Production Monitoring Authority will violate administrative penalties for violations of the safety and productive management laws, regulations, regulations, regulations and regulations, and entrust the State with the implementation of organizations in accordance with the statutory conditions established by law by the High-level Committee on Industrial Development, the Committee on the Management of the Economic Technology Development Zone of the State; (x) The Municipal Administration of the State of Hygiene (including the posting of wall propaganda) for approval, temporary occupation, exhumation of urban roads and clearance, attached to temporary storage materials at both the urban road and public sites, the establishment of temporary buildings, construction of constructions or other facilities, the removal of urban public sanitation facilities, the destruction of urban construction waste disposal authorizations, the operation of urban garbage, the collection, transport, processing of service clearances, the commissioning of approval, the State's High Industrial Development Committee, the implementation of the National Committee on Technology Development; (xi) The State's Cultural Bureau will violate administrative penalties for offences under the laws, regulations, regulations and regulations governing cultural market management, and entrust the State with the implementation of organizations in accordance with legal conditions established by law by the Committee on the Management of the Industrial Development Zone of the High-level New Technologies and the National Committee for the Management of Economic Technology Development; (xii) The Waters Authority of the State of Hygiene will take the licence of water and entrust the Committee for the Management of the Industrial Development Zone of the High State, and the National Committee for the Management of Economic Technology Development;
