In order to strengthen the safe management of the ferry vessel, to maintain the order of transport and to guarantee the lives, property security of the people, to develop this approach in the light of the provisions of the Regulations on the Safety of Transport in the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) and other relevant provisions.
The second approach refers to the location and facilities for transport personnel, goods, vehicles, in two shores in the administrative areas of my province, namely, the River, lake, and garage.

Article 3. This approach applies to the safety management activities of the ferry vessel in the administrative region of my province. The law, legislation and regulations provide otherwise, from their provisions.

Article 15.
