Article 1 provides a comprehensive, objective and systematic codification of local logs, scientific, reasonable development of local logs, which is based on the State Department's Local Chart Work Regulations and the Local Work Regulations of the Sichuan Province, in line with the practice of Sichuan Province.

Article 9. The codification of local logs should strengthen research by showing a comprehensive, objective, systematic, right perspective, reliable and informative data and, for example, reasonable structure.
Article 10 The newly established administrative region is structured in accordance with the organization of work planning in my province.

Article 16
Local authorities of the local people's government at the district level should carry out outreach advisory services activities to provide local information and advisory services to citizens, legal persons and other organizations, including the chewing, the information bank, the website.
