Article 1, in order to enhance the protection of the remains of the South, establishes this provision in the light of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations, such as the Law on the Protection of Cultural Objects in the People's Republic of China, the Law on the Protection of Chinese Property.
Article 2 protects the remains of the southern State within the city's administration.

Article IV. Requirements for the protection of monuments in the South are included in the municipal financial budget.
The Government of the commune encourages the mobilization of funds, including through social donations, for the protection of the remains of the South, and any unit and individual shall not be expropriated.
Article 9. The protection of the sites of the South ultra vires should be formulated with specific planning. Specific protection planning is organized by the Municipalities' Executive Office and with the municipal planning authorities, which are published after the approval of the Government of the city.

The urban gate line referred to in this article includes urban water supply, drainage, fuel, electricity, telecommunications, heat power.
Article XIV prohibits the construction of facilities such as the contaminated environment or endanger the security of monuments in the South, in the area of protection of the sites of the South Cross and in the area of control, and prohibiting the operation, warehousing, disposal of explosive, flammable, radioactive, toxicity, corruption, etc., which may endanger the safety of monuments in the South.
Facilities that affect existing or endanger the safety of the southern State should be moved or removed.
Article 15. Renovation, maintenance and maintenance of the southern ultra vires should be observed.

Article 20 violates article 11, Article 12, and has not been authorized to carry out construction works or explosive breaks, drills, excavations, etc. in the context of the protection of the remains of the southern State, or to unauthorized construction of construction works within the territory of the Southern Cross State, which is punishable by the administrative authorities of the city of Cassation, in accordance with article 46 of the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of Cultural Property.
