Article I, in order to regulate the codification of the local logs in the province, develops, on a scientific and reasonable basis, the role of local logs in the promotion of economic and social development and develops this approach in the light of the State Department's local logic regulations.
Article 2. This approach applies to activities such as the codification, management, development and use of local councils within the territorial administration.
Article 3 refers to local logs, including local logs, local integrated Yearbook.
The local book means information literature on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social parts of the administrative region, which is systematically documented.
The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, political, economic, cultural and social aspects of the present administrative region.
The local logs are divided into: the local logs developed in the province, the local logs developed in the district city, and the local logs cod in the district (markets, areas). The local logs produced in the province are composed of the various logs.
Article IV. The Government of the people at the district level should strengthen its leadership in the work of the local logs in the current administrative region and include local work in national economic and social development planning. Requirements for local work are included in the current financial budget.
Article 5
(i) Organization, guidance, promotion and inspection of local logs;
(ii) Develop local log planning and programming;
(iii) Organizing the compilation of local logs and local integrated Yearbooks;
(iv) The collection, preservation of local logic literature and information and the organization of the old log;
(v) To promote the research and advocacy of local logs and to train local dignitaries;
(vi) Organizing the development of local resources.
Article 6. The codification of the local log should be a reality to ensure quality and a comprehensive and objective picture of the history and status of the natural, political, economic, cultural and social regions of the administration.
