Article 1, which regulates the codification, management and development of local logs, plays a role in the promotion of economic and social development, sets out this provision in the light of the Regulations on Work and the relevant provisions.
Article 2
Article 3 refers to local logs, including local logs, local integrated Yearbook.
The local book refers to information literature on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social affairs in the overall system. The local book in this province includes provincial logs, city logs in the establishment area, and district (markets, districts).
The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the natural, political, economic, cultural and social aspects of the system. These include the provincial integrated Yearbook, the integrated municipal and district (market, district) Yearbook.
Article IV. The Government of the people at the district level should strengthen its leadership in the work of the local logs by integrating local work into national economic and social development planning, and local logging requirements are included in the current financial budget.
More than the people at the district level should be equipped with the necessary staff to work at this level to address the corresponding office conditions.
Article 5
(i) To follow up on the laws, regulations, regulations and relevant policies relating to the work of local logs and to develop operational norms for the codification of local logs;
(ii) The development of the overall work planning and codification programme for local logs and the organization of expert evaluation of the local logs that have been compiled;
(iii) Organization, guidance, promotion and inspection of local logs;
(iv) Organizing the compilation of local logs, local integrated Yearbooks and other information on the ground;
(v) To collect, collate, maintain local literature and information and to organize the production of old logs;
(vi) Organizing the development of local logic resources, building poles and websites to serve the public;
(vii) Organizing doctrine studies and academic exchanges to train local log operators.
Article 6
Article 7 is published by the local directory of the executive region at the district level and the local integrated Yearbook, which is codified by the local authorities of the current people's Government, and is not codified by other organizations and individuals.
Article 8. The codification of local logs should be scientific and objective, realistic and ensure quality.
Article 9 is based on the unit of the overall work plan of the local log (hereinafter referred to as the sub-unitive unit) and should clarify the institutions and personnel of the local log codification process, guarantee financial and office conditions and complete the codification mandate on time.

Article 16 is organized in an annual order by the local directorate of the Territory at the district level, with the approval of the Government of the people at this level.
Article 17, within three months of the publication of the local directory at the district level and the local integrated Yearbook, shall send a copy of the book and a copy of the paper to the local authorities of the parent people.
Article 18, in the form of a local directory of more than archipends at the district level, and the various forms of information generated in the preparation of the local Yearbook, is managed by the local logs of the current people's Government and is centrally managed by the local authorities of the Government. Individuals may not be granted or rented or transferred.
Article 19 The local authorities of the people at the district level should open the way for the use of local grams in society, which could be strengthened through, inter alia, poles and websites, in order to serve the overall development of the economy.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may use, for example, memorials, local literature and information displayed.
Article 20 Governments of more people at the district level may grant recognition and rewards to units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the preparation of local logs.
Article 21
In violation of article 9 of this provision, the period of time was changed by the local authorities of more than the people at the district level, which was later uncorrected and brought to the attention of the Government of the people at the district level or the relevant executive branch to remedy it, as appropriate.
Article 23 requires and is conditional on the codification of sectoral logs, industry logs, communes and streets, as set out in this article. The local authorities of the people at the district level should provide operational guidance and services.
