Chapter I General
Article 1 strengthens urban roads, bridge facilities management, ensures the safety of urban roads and bridge facilities and fully performs their functions, and develops this approach in accordance with the National People's Republic of China's Urban Road Management Regulations, the Regulations on the Protection of Public Facilities in the Province of Extension, the Regulations on Public Infrastructure Management of the Municipalities.

Chapter II Conservation and maintenance

Chapter III Oversight management
Article 14.

The scope of protected areas for the security of the bridge facility referred to in this article refers to land or water areas that are within the scope of the two sides. Article 21: Urban road excavations should be included in the annual plan, be strictly managed, and the removal time was in principle controlled within 15 March to 15 November each year.

Article 25 occupies, exhumation of urban roads, bridge facilities shall pay royalties or exhumation costs in accordance with national provisions.
Excellencies, exhumation costs should be stored exclusively for the maintenance and rehabilitation of urban roads, bridge facilities.
Chapter IV Corporal punishment
Article 26, in violation of this approach, is punishable by the administrative authorities of road, bridge facilities or by the administrative authorities entrusted to them by them:

Article 27 violates this approach in relation to the management of authority in the relevant sectors, which is punishable by national law, legislation and regulations.
