(Adopted by the 29th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Western Annai on 6 December 2007, No. 75 of 20 March 2008 of the Order of the Government of the Western Indian Republic, which was published as effective 20 April 2008)

The People's Government of the WA has decided to amend the provisional approach to the management of the Indian industry as follows:
A second amendment reads as “any unit and individual operating in the present city's administrative area for photocopy (hereinafter referred to as photocopy) shall be obtained from the publication of print operating licences issued by the Public Information Administration and the processing of business registration procedures”.
Article 5 amends photocopy equipment within the party's organs, forces, schools and other business units and, in addition to undertaking inter-commercial collaborative operations, no photocopy operation is permitted by the business administration. No copies listed in articles 4 ter to 5 of this approach shall be produced.”
This decision has been implemented effective 20 April 2008.
The provisional approach to the management of the SAAcian industry was re-published in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Provisional approach to the management of the Indian industry (Amendment 2008)
Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Western Indian Republic of 13 June 1987 on the revision of the Provisional Approach to the Regulation of the Reproduction of Indian Industries in the Western Indian City of 22 November 1999 and in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the People of the Republic of Western Annai on 20 August 2002 on the revision of the provisional scheme for the management of the Indian industry, adopted on 20 March 2008,
Article 1, in order to enhance the management of the photocopy industry, to safeguard the legitimate operation of the photocopy, to preserve the confidentiality of the State and to prevent the use of the reproduction industry to disseminate non-healthy readings and to develop this approach in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city.
Article 2 units and individuals operating in the city's administration area for photocopy, printing (hereinafter referred to as photocopy) should be obtained through the publication of print operating licences issued by the executive branch and processing business registration procedures.
Article 3 units and individuals operating the photocopy shall be subject to the following provisions:
(i) There is a sound security regime, the destruction and confidentiality system for the distributing of photos according to the provisions;
(ii) The establishment of a sound registration management system for the design of specialized operations. The name, address, name of the handicraft, name of the board, printed copies of the printed copies shall be registered in detail at the time of the signing of the printed copies; the names of the Indians shall be registered, the place of residence, the name of the board and the number of copies;
(iii) The non-release, photocopy, without the consent of the author;
(iv) All practitioners must comply with the law, preserve confidentiality and not allow for the illicit transaction of hard copies; identify suspicious phenomena in the use of photocopy for criminal activities and report to the public security sector in a timely manner.
Article IV prohibits the following copies:
(i) Documents, writings, paper papers and internal information, publications at various stages of State organs;
(ii) The statements of leaders and the record of the statements of leaders that were not made public;
(iii) A statement of monetary, price-documented and national plans;
(iv) Intrusion, obscene and envelopes, photographs and other prohibited goods;
(v) Other instruments prohibiting the donation, securities, material.
Article 5 reprinted equipment within the party's political organs, troops, schools and other business units shall not operate for photocopy without the permission of the business administration. No copies listed in paragraphs 3 to 5 of Article 4 of this approach shall be produced.
Article 6. In violation of article 2 of this approach, the main specialized instruments, equipment for the confiscation of proceeds of violations and for the conduct of unlawful activities are not authorized to carry out the operation of the photocopy and, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the Printing Industry, fines of more than 10 times the proceeds of the offence; and, without the proceeds of the violation, a fine of up to $20,000.
Article 7. In violation of article III, article IV, article 5 of this scheme, a fine of up to 1000 dollars for non-commercial services is fined to 5,000 dollars for the operation.
Article 8. The parties' decisions on administrative penalties may apply for review or prosecution, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Review Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.
Article 9. This approach is implemented from the date of publication.
