(Review of the adoption of Publication No. 314 of the People's Government Order No. 314 of 6 May 2008 in the northern province of Lake Lakes, at the Standing Conference of the Government of the Northern Province, held on 28 April 2008) In order to better adapt to the need for the building of the rule of law and for the full advancement of the legal administration, the Government of the Northern province has fully cleared the existing government regulations as at 31 March 2007. After clearance, the Government of the Northern province decided that: One was repealed by 14 government regulations that were replaced by new laws or regulations. (See annex 1) ii. 17 government regulations that were in effect nullified and declared invalid. (See annex 2) This decision is effective from publication. Annex 1 The Government of the province decides to declare the Government's directory (17 cases) of the Government's regulations that have expired.
