Chapter I General
Article 1 addresses the need for social development, external engagement, urban construction and people's lives in order to develop this approach in the light of the relevant laws, regulations, such as the General Assembly's Geographical Names Regulations.
Article 2

(i) Names of administrative areas such as municipalities, districts, districts (markets), communes, town, street offices, construction villages;

(vi) Names of airports, ports, terminals, railways and road stations, routes and long-range passenger vehicles, freight hubs;
(vii) Names of buildings, constructions, doors, floors, etc. that are geographically or refer to functions;
(viii) Other names with respect to geographical names or reference to functionality.

The management of geographical names involves public interest, urban image and important matters that reflect the historical cultural landscape of cities, and major decision-making, should be widely consulted on the views of the communities and the general public.
Article 5 governs the management of geographical names through a unified leadership that is responsible for subsectors.
The municipal civil affairs sector is the administrative authority for the management of geographical names throughout the city and is responsible for the harmonization of monitoring of geographical names.
The Civil Affairs Department of the People's Government of the District is specifically responsible for the management of geographical names within the area under its jurisdiction.
The planning sector is responsible for geospatial planning, in coordination with the civil affairs sector, for building entities such as roads, residential small zones and building buildings, with the name of the road after the designation of the local civil service, and for the approval of construction planning projects.

Introduction
Article 6
(i) To promote the maintenance of national dignity and national unity and to adapt to economic and social development;

Article 7

Article 8
