Article 1, in order to further regulate and promote the work of local logs and to play a role in promoting economic and social development, develops this approach in line with the State Department's Local Chart Work Regulations and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 14.

Article 21, this approach has been implemented effective 1 September 2008.
