Chapter I General

Chapter III
Article 11. Vehicles and writers entering the area of firefighting stations and central gates should strictly adhere to road traffic rules and relevant management provisions to defend the transport order.

Chapter IV Public order management
Article 15-related sectors should strengthen food hygiene, sanitation, cultural markets, prices, tourism market supervision, inspection, maintenance of normal order in the area of fire stations and in central gate areas.
Article 16 prohibits the following acts of disturbing public order and impeding social management:
(i) disrupt the order of organs, groups, enterprises and units;

(iv) Exhibits;

Chapter V
Article 18 violates Article 7, 8, 9, 10, Article 12, paragraph 1, article 13, subparagraphs (iii), (iv), (v) and Article 14 of this scheme, and is subject to the supervision of the Urban Management Administrative Enforcement Authority.

Article 25
