Article 1, in order to enhance the management of major activity archives, ensure the integrity and integrity of major activity files and play a significant role in the archives of the People's Republic of China, the approach to the application of the Archives Act of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations in the context of the self-government area.

(v) Disposal of natural disasters, accidents, sudden public health and public safety events that have a significant impact on the whole region;
(vi) Other activities that have a significant impact.
Article IV. Governments of more people at the district level should strengthen leadership in the management of major activity archives and establish mechanisms for the participation of the sound archives administration in major activities.
Article 5 is responsible for supervision, inspection and guidance on the management of major activity files in the present administration.
Article 6 organizes, organizes and delivers units of major activities (hereinafter referred to as the organizational sub-office), responsible for the collection, collation and transfer of major activity files.

Article 7. Article 8. Article 10. All archives produced in major activities are independent. A continuing major event could consist of the archives produced in previous major events.
Article 11. All of the collective owners or individuals shall be kept in good custody for all major activity files that are valuable for the State and society or should be kept confidential.
All of the major activity files are encouraged to do so to do so, sell and store major activity files maintained by national archives.
The national archives at all levels should provide scientific management and effective use of the major activity files transferred to the premises, which are made available to society in accordance with the law.
The transfer, donation, placement of units or individuals of major activity files to national archives can make a limitation on the part of their archives that are not suitable to be open to society, and the national archives should preserve their legitimate rights and interests.

Article 14. The above-ranking archival administration sector gives incentives to units or individuals that have been highlighted in the management of major activity archives.
In violation of this provision, the relevant units or individuals have one of the following acts, which are taken by the competent authorities in charge of direct responsibility or other direct responsible persons by law:
(i) No archiving of major activity files, as required;
(ii) No significant activity files were transferred to national archives, as required.
In violation of this provision, other acts that should be punished should be carried out in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations.
