(Act No. 240 of the People's Government Order of 27 November 2007 No. 240 of 1 January 2008) In accordance with the notification by the Office of the State Department of State on the implementation of administrative regulations and regulations to clean up their work, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights [2007]12] and the objective of economic and social development in the province. There is a need for a comprehensive clearance of the existing 240 provincial government regulations. After clearance, the provincial Government decided that: I. Delete the main content incompatible with the top law or has been replaced by new laws, regulations and 14 provincial government regulations that are not in compliance with the current economic and social development requirements of my province (see annex 1). In practice, one of the provincial government regulations that have been in effect nullified have been declared invalid (see annex 2). A compilation of the 59 provincial government regulations that have been repealed is consolidated (see annex 3). This decision has been implemented effective 1 January 2008. Annex 1.
