incentives for scientific and technological progress in the city of Uruhzi

(Summit 7th ordinary meeting of the Government of Uruz on 4 August 2008 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 92 of 1 September 2008 No. 92 of the People's Government Order No. 92 of 1 October 2008)

Article 1 provides incentives for citizens and organizations that make a prominent contribution in science and technology progress, mobilizes the active and creative nature of scientific and technological workers, promotes scientific and technological progress and economic and social development, and develops this approach in line with the National Science and Technology Approval Regulations of the State Department of State and the Science and Technology Promotion Awards of the Forces nouvelles.

Article 2

The Urban Science and Technology Progress Award is divided into four levels of awards such as special awards and I, II and III.

Article 3

Article IV recommended, accepted, evaluated, granted, applied the principle of openness, justice and equity, and no organization or individual may intervene unlawfully.

Article 5. The executive branch of municipal science and technology is responsible for the organization of the evaluation of the Urban Science and Technology Progress Award.

Article 6. The Government of the city has established the Urban Science and Technology Grants Commission, which consists of the municipal science and technology administration, which is approved by the Government of the city.

Article 7. The municipal science and technology administration employs experts, scholars to form the municipal science and technology advancement prize evaluation committee, which is responsible for the evaluation of the municipal science and technology progress awards in accordance with the provisions of this approach.

Article 8

(i) A major breakthrough or a significant contribution to promoting science and technology development before contemporary science and technology;

(ii) In science and technology innovation, the transformation of science and technology outcomes and the industrialization of high-technical technologies, access to major technological inventions, technological innovation, and the creation of significant economic benefits, ecological benefits or social benefits.

Article 9 Awards I, II and III of the Urban Science and Technology Progress Award to citizens, organizations that meet one of the following conditions:

(i) To make an important contribution to the articulation of natural phenomena, rationales, rationales, features and regulations in basic research, application of basic studies;

(ii) The use of scientific and technological knowledge for the development of new products, new processes, new materials, innovative points highlighting, achieving major scientific and technological outcomes and generating significant economic and social benefits in the development of applications;

(iii) Create significant economic benefits, social benefits and eco-efficiency in the transformation of scientific and technological results, and in the industrialization of new technologies;

(vi) Significant contributions in external scientific and technological cooperation.

Article 10 awards such as the Urban Science and Technology Progress Award are evaluated every two years, which amounts to $4.4 million in people's currency. Of these, 200,000 awards were awarded to special awards, 200,000 were granted by the awardor's self-selected topics for scientific and technical activities, with no more than 2 awards per award and the award could be vacant.

Article 11 Medalities for progress in science and technology, i.e., II and III, are evaluated once a year, and the total awards contain 30 awards and the number of awards, one of which exceeds five awards, each of which may be vacant.

Awards such as the Urban Science and Technology Progress Award amounted to US$ 5 million in the People's currency and US$ 30,000 in the People's currency and US$ 20,000 in the third.

The results of the comprehensive evaluation of the Urban Science and Technology Progress Award should be presented in the municipal media for 30 days. Article 19
