Local logs in Gang Province

(Adopted by the 20th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Grand province on 9 January 2009, No. 53 of the People's Government Order No. 53 of 14 January 2009, published as from 1 March 2009)

In order to regulate the work of the local logs, this provision is based on the State Department's Local Chart Work Regulations and the relevant laws and regulations.

Article 2

Article 3 refers to local logs, which are codified by provincial, municipal, district and district municipalities, and the local integrated Yearbook.

The local book means information literature on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social parts of the administrative region, which is systematically documented.

The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, political, economic, cultural, social and cultural aspects of the present administrative region.

Article IV. The Government of the people at the district level should strengthen its leadership in the work of local logs by integrating local work into national economic and social development planning, and the codification of requirements for local logs is guaranteed by the current level of finance.

Article 5

(i) Follow-up to national legislation and policies;

(ii) Organizing, directing and overseeing the work of local logs in the Territory;

(iii) Develop local logic planning and develop operational norms;

(iv) Organizing the compilation of local logs and local integrated Yearbooks;

(v) To collect, preserve local logic literature and information, collate the old log, promote the theoretical research and conduct academic exchanges;

(vi) Develop local log resources for the promotion of local logs.

Article 6. The communes of the city, the communes should plan local logs for the current administrative region, in accordance with the local logs developed by the provincial people's Government, and report on the top-level local logs.

Article 7. Integration of local dignitaries in the exercise of exclusive functions. A dedicated codification body should have the corresponding level of expertise and knowledge. It should involve experts, scholars and ethnic minorities.

Article 8. Relevant bodies, social groups, business units and other organizations that undertake the codification mandate shall organize the task of completing their work in accordance with the requirements of the people's Government's work planning and local logging agencies.

Article 9. In parallel with the editorial of the local integrated Yearbook and the preparation of the relevant literature, local work agencies are ready to prepare the information for the preparation of the next round of the book, as appropriate.

Article 10 compiles the information required by local logs to support relevant bodies, social groups, business units, other organizations and individuals. Local work agencies may consult, reproduce and replicate relevant information permitted under seal provisions.

The information holder or all are provided with information that is used by the Codification Unit to pay the corresponding compensation, which is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

Article 11. The compilation of local logs should be informative, accurate and local-specific, scientifically rigorous, probationary, print in line with the quality standards of publication requirements.

Article 12 provides for a review and first instance, review and final review system at all levels. The review of the local book should involve experts in the areas of confidentiality, archives, history, law, national, social, economic, military.

National self-government can be published in Hanoi and ethnic minority languages. The local book is translated into the publication of the foreign book and is required to report on the provincial local history body.

Article 14.

Article 15. The codified units at all levels are sent to the top-level local constituencies within three months of publication.

Article 16 collects information collected during the preparation of the local log, which should be centralized and not destroyed. After the completion of the codification exercise, the transfer of the Principal Archives, the depository shall not be justified by the sale, transfer and transfer.
