In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Norms of Administrative Legislation of the Kingston City (Treaty) in order to expedite the creation of the Rule of Law Government and the services of the Government, to effectively improve the development environment in my city, to be removed from 1 January 2009 by the Office of Rule of Law of the Municipal Government and by all sectors of the municipalities as at 31 December 2009, and decides that the Government's regulations, such as the Provisional Approach, will continue to be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the Government of 10 January 2009.
