Management approach to the sea

Article 1

In order to enhance the management of this city by adapting to the needs of urban construction, social development and people's lives, this approach is developed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city.

Article 2

This approach is applied in the development, use, branding and management of the city's administration.

Article 3 (Management responsibilities)

The Public Security Bureau of the Shanghai City is the competent authorities of this city's door, and the district and district public security sector, under the leadership of the Municipal Public Security Agency, is specifically responsible for the management of the doors in this administrative area, the inspection of the design of the Maxes.

The executive branch, such as the city planning, construction, housing and civil affairs, is responsible for the management-related work.

Article 8

Article 13

Article 14.

The following acts shall not be taken by units and individuals:

Article 15 (Legal responsibility)

One of the following acts has been committed by the public security sector to punish the circumstances:
