Article 1

In order to enhance the management of this city by adapting to the needs of urban construction, social development and people's lives, this approach is developed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city.

Article 2

This approach is applied in the development, use, branding and management of the city's administration.

Article 3 (Management responsibilities)

The Public Security Bureau of the Shanghai City is the competent authorities of this city's door, and the district and district public security sector, under the leadership of the Municipal Public Security Agency, is specifically responsible for the management of the doors in this administrative area, the inspection of the design of the Maxes.

The executive branch, such as the city planning, construction, housing and civil affairs, is responsible for the management-related work.

Districts, the Government of the communes is responsible for organizing the installation and day-to-day maintenance of the communes of the town's people's Government, the street offices in the gates.

In accordance with the relevant legal regulations, the Office of the Municipal Geographical Names Management conducts operational guidance on the management of the door.

Article IV

It should be guided by the principles of scientific norms, orderly approaches and not to go down and renumber.

Article 5

The unit of investment construction, or the individual, should pass on the approval of the construction of engineering planning licences, the planning of photographs or the relocation of home to non-residential vouchers, has claimed the doors to the public safety of the buildings.

Article 6

Article 7

The development of the door should be guided by the following rules:

(i) Buildings on the two sides of the road, in accordance with the officially approved road names, are based on the path of the east to the west and south to the north (the new area of the veraging East, North-South) and the right-to-right. The neighbouring buildings range from more than 4 metres and should be left behind.

(ii) To identify and construct buildings in the new village, the importing service is the first continuing door.

(iii) For buildings in the administrative village, the names of the administrative village are kept under the heading of the importing service. The neighbouring buildings range from more than 10 metres and should be left behind.

Article 8

Changes to the public security sector are governed by road construction units or by sector-specific departments designated by the district and district governments.

In cases such as lapses, slopes and restatements, the owner can apply for changes in the public security sector and the public security sector may also make an initiative.

The public security sector should communicate the information to the relevant units and individuals in a timely manner and, if necessary, through social announcements such as newspapers, websites.

Article 9

The creation of the slogan should be harmonized, regulated and clear. Specific sampling and installation criteria were developed by the Municipal Public Security Agency to agree with the post-community government.

The gates are vested in the commune of public safety and are installed by the commune government and the street offices.

Article 10

The commune Government, the Street Office should strengthen the day-to-day maintenance of the gateway brand, and the doors for missing, humiliating, should be filled, rehabilitated and replaced in a timely manner.

In the course of the visit, the persons responsible for the Gigification Management of Urban Networks found a violation of the provisions, such as the defection and humiliation, which should be reported in a timely manner and disposed of by the relevant sectors.

The public security sector should conduct oversight inspections of the placement of the slogan.

Article 11

Specialized buildings such as artisanals, good historical buildings, historic cultural landscape protected by law may be installed in a special variety of models coordinated with their construction landscapes.

Specialized buildings need to be installed in a variety of brands, which are confirmed by the Municipal Public Security Agency with the relevant departments.

Article 12

The production, installation and maintenance costs of the various sets of blends are borne by the area in which the buildings are located and by the people of the counties.

The production, installation and maintenance costs of a special template are borne by the relevant management units of the owner.

Article 13

The applicant's registration address should be based on the doors approved by the public security sector when the relevant departments and units such as the city's business, housing, water, electricity, fuel and gas are registered.

As a result of changes in the doors, the registration addresses of units and individuals have changed, and the relevant sectors, such as public safety, business, housing, etc., should be aligned with the registration of the relevant evidence.

Article 14.

The following acts shall not be taken by units and individuals:

(i) Resolves to determine, modify the doors;

(ii) The unauthorized movement and the removal of the brand name;

(iii) Changes in paints, humidation, insecure, and coverage of markers.

Article 15 (Legal responsibility)

One of the following acts has been committed by the public security sector to punish the circumstances:

(i) Defining, modifying gateway orders by the municipal or district, district public security sector to change the duration of the period of time; unprocessarily, a fine of more than $3000 million was imposed.

(ii) Removal, removal of tenders, or damage resulting from the normal use, by means of a period of time being ordered by the municipal or district public security sector; and a warning or a fine of up to $50. Economic losses should be compensated by law.

Article 16

The public security sector may prepare temporary doors for buildings without approval, based on administrative and factual needs.

The buildings referred to in the previous paragraph were removed by law and the temporary door was cancelled.

Article 17

This approach has been implemented effective 1 May 2009. The management approach of the Shanghai Municipalities, approved by the Shanghai People's Government on 10 December 1998, was also repealed.
