In order to further strengthen and promote institutional building in the city of South Africa, I have comprehensively cleared the existing effective municipal government regulations, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Legislation of the People's Republic of China and the requirements for scientific development. The following municipal government regulations have been decided to repeal by study: First, the Housing Property Management Scheme in Southernen City (No. 22 of the People's Government Order 1998). Forfeasing: part of the provision is incompatible with the law of the People's Republic of China, and the main element is replaced by the law on top-ranking law such as the Housing Registration Scheme (Act No. 168). II. Government procurement management approach (No. 33, 2000). Forfeasing: the Government's procurement system has changed and is not operational.
