Modalities for the management of the commune in the town of Sentinel Autonomous Region

Chapter I General

In order to strengthen and regulate the management of communes, to achieve the basic functions of the commune, to provide safe, effective, user-friendly and affordable public health services and basic medical services to rural residents, and to develop this approach in line with the relevant provisions of the State.

Article 2

The commune is divided into the General Health and the Centre's Health in line with functionality, size.

Article 3. The Government of the people at the district level should incorporate the construction and development of the town's sanitary compound into national economic and social development planning, ensure financial inputs for the construction of the town's commune and promote public health services in rural and urban areas.

The Government of the population at the district level should approve and guarantee, in accordance with the State's provisions, funding for the acquisition of equipment, funds for personnel and operational requirements for public health services.

The commune government should support the building of the town's health facility to help the town's commune work.

Chapter III Basic medical services

Article 12 Governments and health administrations should take integrated measures such as capacity-building for services, the reduction of fees, the improvement of the rates of medical reimbursement for new rural cooperation, and the facilitation of the medical treatment of the population at the town health facility.

Article 13 communes should be equipped with medical work such as common illnesses and multiple illnesses, emergency saving, referral of patients at risk, disaster risk.
