Modalities for the protection of the Holy See

In order to strengthen the protection and management of the Hygiene, this approach is developed in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of Cultural Property.

Article 2 engages in activities such as protection, management, construction, development and operation in the area of the protection of the Holy See.

Article 3

Article IV is divided into protected areas and in the area of control.

The scope of protection refers to pre-sistence space for the veteran, horticulture and the bridges in which they live; to the construction of a zone that includes mountains in the vicinity of the bridge; to the destruction of the two shores; to the town of Horizon; and to the surrounding landscape.

Article 8

Article 12

(i) Construction, alteration, expansion of the work on the protection of property;

(ii) Work on explosions, drilling, excavations, etc.;

(iii) The establishment of communications, electricity, water supply, heating and slander lines;

(iv) Implementation of environmental greening and Americanization works.

The conservation of material should be carried out in accordance with the law on environmental impact evaluation and on the safety of earthquakes.

Article 13 Prior to the construction of new construction, alteration, expansion of construction projects in controlled areas, an evaluation of the exploration and environmental impact should be carried out and the reporting process is carried out in accordance with the law.

The building of buildings in the control area should be synchronized with the historical landscape and the natural environment of the Helma.

Article 14. The ecological protection of the Helma shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

(i) Strict protection of vegetation and geomorphology in the hilled areas, preservation of the natural ecological environment, and strict prohibition of deforestation, destruction of activities such as vegetation, etc.;

(ii) Develop greening planning to increase green areas;

(iii) Prohibition of hunting activities in the forest area;

(iv) A reasonable control of the number of tourists and a balanced ecological environment.

Article 15 The area of the Helma should be kept in calm and mut, without the use of a futile, and without the use of a dignitary campaign to limit the use of high-speakers.

Article 16 Operational activities within the framework of the protection of the Helma shall be administered in accordance with the principles of integrated planning and accessibility.

Article 19 In accordance with the following circumstances, new monuments (breed):

(i) The main leadership of the State is the subject of the Holy See;

(ii) Commemoration of the major historic events of the Chinese people;

(iii) Carrying of pamphlets, patriarchal books, articulating works;

(iv) Granting, refurbishing and documentation of the al-Haram Al-Sharif.

Article 20

(i) The pre-Article (i) slogan is situated on the eastern side of the jungle;

(ii) The pillars of former article (ii) are located on the side of the gynaecology;

(iii) In the first article (iii), (iv) the slogan is located on either side of the poles or the slogan.

Article 21 New monuments in the area of the Helma River (breed) should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions.
