Management approach to the first five sets of responsibilities in the city

(The 18th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Grande People, held on 19 March 2010, considered the adoption of Decree No. 66 of 19 March 2010 of the Order of the People's Government of the city, effective 1 May 2010)

Article 1, in order to consolidate urban-building outcomes, increase urban management levels, maintain urban profile and environmental order, mobilize social forces to participate in urban management, incorporate the “Major 5” into urban management systems, create an urban image of integrity, excellence and civilization and develop this approach in line with relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2, which builds the institutions, groups, forces, business units, self-employed persons and open markets, squares, parking sites, etc. in the neighbourhood, is the responsibility unit for the management of the “Major 5” (hereinafter referred to as the responsibility unit) and establish a “the front-line” responsibilities in accordance with this approach.

Article 10

Article 13 highlights units and individuals with regard to the performance of the first five sets of responsibilities, which are recognized and rewarded annually by the municipalities, the people of the region.

Article 14. In violation of this approach, the responsible unit consists of one of the following acts, which are punishable by the management of the municipal (market-based sanitation) according to the following provisions:
