Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the management of electric motorcycles, to maintain road traffic order and to guarantee safe access to road traffic, establishes this approach in line with the legal provisions of the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act.

Article 5

Chapter II

Article 9. Emission of lead acid batteries shall be recovered.

The lead acid producers, the motivators using lead-based acid products, etc., should be employed and responsible for the recovery of lead-breaking batteries, and the collection of lead-based acid batteries should be sent to units with hazardous waste operating licences.

Chapter III Registration cards

Article 10

The issue of the registration of electric vehicles, as well as the number of brands, beds, are developed by the transport management of public safety agencies.

Chapter V Legal responsibility
