The following information on the matter is available: In accordance with the security needs of the Shanghaibo Conference, the executive branch, such as the safety and production supervision, may suspend the approval of the following licence matters: (i) The licence of the explosion; (ii) Accrual chemicals, specific types of hazardous chemicals; (iii) Road transport permits for hazardous items such as explosions, acute poisons and radios. The public security authorities may notify the relevant units of the suspension of the licensed detonation operation, in accordance with the security needs of the Shanghai Bon. II. Civil explosive items, specific types of hazardous chemicals (see annex for details), toxic chemicals, radioisotope storage units should strictly enforce the registration system for persons and goods entering and exit banks, the inspection system and the duty inspection system. The transport of civilian explosive items through the roads in this city should be strictly carried out in accordance with the time, routes, vehicles, driver's transport approved by the public security authorities. The vehicles transporting civilian explosive devices should be delegated to the commune security carriers.
