The Government of the People's Republic of the Shanghai City's announcement on strengthening the security management of figarettes

In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Shanghai Bo Conference in 2010, and in accordance with the provisions of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Representatives on the preparation and organization of work of the Conference, the Municipal Government decided to take special management measures for the sketches during the Shanghai Conference in 2010.

The present notice applies to the control of figarettes, pyrethroids, vegetables, large-scale fruits, crafts, and pyrethroids.

(iv) The sale of customized units to sell dangerous machetes to perpetrators, mentally ill persons, and minors, or to impose a fine of up to 5,000 dollars for failure to comply with reporting obligations as prescribed.
