In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Shanghai Bo Conference in 2010, and in accordance with the provisions of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Representatives on the preparation and organization of work of the Conference, the Municipal Government decided to take special management measures for the sketches during the Shanghai Conference in 2010.

The present notice applies to the control of figarettes, pyrethroids, vegetables, large-scale fruits, crafts, and pyrethroids.

II. Prohibition of the sale of pyrethroids, prohibiting the entry of pyrethroids into public places or in public transport instruments.

The public security authorities should manage the control of the wholesale in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, regulations and regulations.

iii. A customized marketing system for the control of machetes, vegetables other than pyrethroids, large-scale fruits, crafts, knifes, etc. (hereinafter referred to as hazardous machetes).

The dangerous machetes sales unit can be sold to the location's district, to the district commercial sector of the District and to the post-release of the Sumbo Conference. The directory of the single-size-fits-all shops is published by the municipal business sector.

The sale of targeted units should be carried out either by a specialized shop or by a specialized counter sale, with clear security management responsibilities and equipped with the necessary safety technology preventive facilities.

V. Hazard machets have a purchase and marketing registration system. The ordering unit of the sale of the sketches should be screened for the identification of the purchaser's identity documents or units to demonstrate that the registration of the purchaser's identity information, the name of the unit, the purchase of the size and quantity of the sketches and the registration of a weekly public security station.

There shall be no sale of dangerous smochetes to an act of an unusual or mental omnibus and to a minor, finding that an act of an unusual or mental omnibus purchases of dangerous savings and shall be reported immediately to the public security authorities.

Protective measures should be taken by persons carrying dangerous smochetes into public places or entering public transport instruments.

Managers in public places or public transport instruments have found that there is no protective measure with dangerous chetes and should be informed of the necessary protection measures; the refusal to rectify it should immediately report public security authorities.

They should be kept in good custody.

In violation of the prohibition of sale or the provision of the sale, the business administration sector, the urban administration law enforcement sector, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, confiscation of the residues of illegal sales and the imposition of a fine of more than 100 million dollars for individuals, imposes a fine of more than 1,000 dollars for units.

Tens, machetes are not subject to the provision of a dedicated store or a specialized counter sale, clear security management responsibilities or the necessary security-technical preventive facility, which is converted by the commercial sector to a fine of more than 5,000 dollars, and is not over-removable, with the commercial sector eliminating the eligibility of its uniformed units.

One of the following cases is handled by the public security authorities in accordance with the provisions of the present notice:

(i) Configuration of pyrethroids into public places or in public transport instruments, with a fine of over 100 million dollars;

(ii) Instructions and fines of up to 100 kidnapped with dangerous knifes entering public places or in public transport instruments that do not take protection measures;

(iii) The sale of the fixed-term unit does not fulfil the obligation to test, register or file, and is subject to a fine of more than 5,000 dollars;

(iv) The sale of customized units to sell dangerous machetes to perpetrators, mentally ill persons, and minors, or to impose a fine of up to 5,000 dollars for failure to comply with reporting obligations as prescribed.
