In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Shanghai Bo Conference in 2010, and in accordance with the decision of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Representatives to prepare and organize the work of the Conference in this city, the Government decided to take the following management measures for the conduct of sancies in the city during the preparation and organization of the Shanghai Boo Conference in 2010:

Tools are prohibited in the village of Shanghaibo.

Prohibition of the entry of a cell into specific regional and public places:

(i) The Shanghai Bonus;

(ii) The areas of the People's square, the landing financial trade area, the beaching area, the area of the nascent, the area of the five-clocks, the area of hesitation and the new day area;

(iii) Sports sites (consultations), exhibitions, libraries, hotels, hotels, commercial sites, orbital traffic stations, waiting cars (fare) and public recreational places.

The specific scope of the regions listed in paragraph (ii) above is developed by the Municipal Public Security Agency with the relevant departments and published after the approval of the Municipal People's Government.

The following violations of the provisions of the present notice are punishable by the public security sector, the animal protection sector, the urban administration enforcement branch, in accordance with their respective responsibilities:

(i) In violation of article 2, concerning access to specific regional and public places by the public security sector, which may be fined by more than 100 million dollars.

(ii) In violation of article 3 on the provision of protection measures to be carried out outside of the cell, the public security sector is reordered and may be fined by more than 100 million dollars.

(iii) In violation of article IV, concerning the removal of arsenal, the relocation of the urban administration of law enforcement orders; denial of correction, with a fine of over $50 million.

(iv) In violation of article 5 on the immunization of dogs, the period of time being converted by an order of responsibility in the animal protection sector, the fine of more than 200 ktonnes of the spirants and the information on the public security sector.

(v) In violation of article 6, on timely reporting and retention, the public security sector is fined by more than 500,000 dollars.

Special-purpose dogs, such as garbage and ventons carrying out security missions, diabetes, enter specific regional and public places without the limitations set forth in articles 1, 2, 3 and 3.

The present notice was carried out from the date of publication to 31 December 2010.
