The Government of the city decides to repeal the following five regulations: A. Beijing City and Primary Students' Management (ratified by the Beijing People's Government on 21 December 1989, published by the Beijing Municipal Education Committee on 16 February 1990) Backage payments in Beijing City (No. 18 of the Beijing People's Government of 20 June 1990), based on the first amendment to Order No. 19 of 12 November 1998 of the Beijing People's Government, based on the second amendment to Order No. 200 of the Beijing People's Government of 23 November 2007) The penalties for the “greenization of cities in Beijing”, issued by Order No. 19 of 20 June 1990 of the Government of the People of Beijing, for the first time in accordance with Order No. 12 of 31 December 1997, and in accordance with Order No. 95 of 20 May 2002 of the Beijing People's Government, “Management of the use of revenues by State land in Beijing” (No. 12 of 6 July 1994) Article 5 of the Beijing Memorial System of Implementation in the City of Beijing, 12 June 1998 This decision is implemented since the date of publication. |
