The Northern Province of the River provides for the development of talents

(Un of 1 February 2011)

Article 1 strengthens the development of sports back-up talents, enhances the level of competitive sports and guarantees the sustained development of sports in this province, in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Sports Act.

Article 2 refers to young people and children who have a high physical and psychological potential for sports, and who are selected by the sports backbone institution for the remainder of sports training.

Article 5 Governments of the population at the district level should strengthen leadership in the development of sports back-up talents, integrate the development of sports back-up talent into national economic and social development planning, coordinate in a timely manner the problems that exist in the development of sports back-up talents and guarantee sustained development of sports.

Article 7. Article 10 Secondary schools should be established, equipped with sports sites and facilities, according to national standards, to ensure the implementation of sports classes.

Secondary schools should ensure that students have one hour of sporting activities every day and organize students with multiple forms of positive sports and training for the remainder of the school. A secondary school equipped with conditions could form a student movement.

Small schools can be sharing educational, training resources with the remaining sports schools and sports social groups to strengthen the development of the talented in the school.

Article 13 provides a comprehensive assessment of cultural achievements and sports-specific achievements at the time of upgrading the high school. For the Minister of Sports to gain access to sports back-ups in higher schools in the province, registration in the river should be preserved.

Article 19

Article 21

(i) Failure to fulfil the responsibilities of sports back-up practitioners in accordance with the law;

(iv) Other acts of negligence, abuse of authority, favouring private fraud.

In violation of article 15 of this provision, the period of time being transferred by the executive branch of the Sports Administration; the imprecise of the delay and the punishment of the competent person directly responsible for them or other persons directly responsible for them is lawful.

Article 23 Corporal punishment, insults or private self-transmissions for pedagogical writers engaged in the development of sports back-up talents are punishable by law by the Sports Administration.
