In order to adapt to the needs of China's specialized socialist legal system, the Government of the province decided to:

Abolition of the following regulations

(i) The Southern Sustain province Protection Act (No. 21 of 2 November 1991)

(ii) The Southern Susang Removal Industries Management Approach (No. 39 of the People's Government Order No. 39 of 5 October 1993, the first revision of the People's Government Order No. 117 of 15 December 1997 No. 194 of 24 June 2002)

(iii) Modalities for the implementation of the regulations governing the control of blood in the province of Susion (issued No. 41 of 10 November 1993)

(iv) The Chainer Patent of the Giang Sang Province (No. 84 of the People's Government Order No. 84 of 6 December 1996 and amendment No. 190 of 24 June 2002 to the People's Government Order No. 190)

(v) The Rural Social Insurance Scheme in Southern Susang Province (issued No. 93 of 26 August 1997)

(vi) The Protection of the Rights and Interests of Farmers in Southern Susang Province (No. 98 of the People's Government Order No. 98 of 27 November 1997)

(vii) Development of new wall materials and extension of energy efficiency in the province of Susang (issued No. 100 of the People's Government Order No. 100 of 15 December 1997)
