Paragraph 2 of Article 3 reads as follows: “The safe production supervision management can commission administrative sanctions in a simple process by communes that meet the statutory conditions, the safe production management of street offices”.

Article 14.

(i) There is no guarantee that security technology measures are constructed;

(ii) Non-assistance of security equipment, the updating, rehabilitation and maintenance of funds;

(iii) Failure to ensure safe production of awareness, education and training funds;

(iv) There is no guarantee that labour protection supplies are funded;

(v) No payment of a security-producing risk bond as prescribed;

(vi) Removal of security costs as prescribed.

In the case of a former offence, the production of a security accident has resulted in punishment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Production Safety Accident Report and the Investigation Processing Regulations and the Northern Province of the River.

Article 15 amends as follows: “The principal heads of the productive units do not perform the responsibility for the management of safe production, the time limit is being changed, and the time period has not been changed to oblige the production units to stop the production sector.

The main holder of the production unit has committed a former offence, resulting in a production safety accident, which is punishable in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Production Safety Accident Report and the Investigation Processing Regulations and the Northern Province of the River.

Article 25, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “The principal head of the production unit or other competent personnel has one of the following acts, warnings and may impose a fine of up to three million dollars of the unit of production, and a fine of up to one thousand dollars for its principal head, other relevant personnel.”

Article 29, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “Education units violate national standards, industrial standards, operating regulations and regulations for the safe production of productive units, provide warnings, responsibly, and may impose fines on their main heads of State for more than five thousand dollars, and impose fines on the productive units in accordance with the following provisions:”

The words “7 days” in article 36 were amended to “10 days”; “3 days” were replaced by “5 days”.

The words “7 days” in article 37 were replaced by “10 days”.
