Management of local logs in the city of spring

(Adopted at the 35th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the City of Custodine, on 13 January 2010, by Decree No. 20 of 13 January 2011.

Article 1 provides a comprehensive and objective document of the prevailing situation in the city in order to inherit and promote the cultural traditions of the Chinese people, regulates the codification, development and management of the local logs, plays a role in promoting economic and social development, and develops this approach in line with the State Department's Regulations on Work, the local logic regulations in Glin Province.

Article 2. This approach applies to the codification, development and management of organizations within the city's administration.

Article 3 refers to local logs, including local logs, local integrated Yearbook.

The local book means information literature on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social parts of the administrative region, which is systematically documented.

The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, political, economic, cultural, social and cultural aspects of the present administrative region.

The local logs are published in the municipalities, districts (communes) and are published in the respective administrative regions.

Article 4

The heads of local authorities in the district (communes) are responsible for the work of the Territory within the executive area.

Sectors such as finance, confidentiality, statistics, archives, press releases should be matched by their respective responsibilities to work with local logs.

Article 5

(i) Develop local log planning, operational norms and codification programmes;

(ii) Organizing, guiding, monitoring and inspection of local works;

(iii) Harmonization of the organization's compilation, publication of local logs and local integrated Yearbooks on the name of the executive region;

(iv) Coordinated management of the development of local logs in the current administrative region and local integrated Yearbooks;

(v) Training of magistrates;

(vi) To collect, preserve local logic literature and information and to collate old logs;

(vii) Conduct local logic studies;

(viii) Other work related to the local log.

Article 6. Governments of municipalities, districts (markets) should incorporate local logs into the overall planning of local economic and social development, and local logic requirements are included in the current financial budget.

Article 7. The local communes of the city, district (commune) should develop the overall work planning for the local dynams of the executive region, with the approval of the Government of the people at this level, to be presented at the top level.

The local book should be made up of around 20 years, with the completion of each round of local logs, the local community, in conjunction with the preparation of the local integrated Yearbook, the collection of information and the provision of advisory services to society, initiated the new round of local book reform.

The local integrated Yearbook should be edited and published annually.

Article 8 is published by the local directory of the executive region of the city, the district (market) and the local integrated Yearbook, which is organized by the local work agency at this level and is not codified by other organizations and individuals.

Article 9 combines a dedicated part-time combination of local authors, with the corresponding expertise.

The commune is responsible for the professional training of local authors.

Article 10 The local slogan could hire experts, scholars and functionalities to work in the codification of local grams.

Article 11. Units responsible for the codification of mandates at the local level should be guaranteed in terms of personnel, funds and material conditions, and the task of codifying the local logs should be completed in accordance with the requirements and standards of the local commissions.

Article 12. Local wives in the city, the district (market) area may be supported by the relevant units and individuals, for the codification of local logs, and if provided. Local work agencies can access, reproduce and replicate relevant information, with the exception of State secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy and non-compliance with the conditions of opening the archives.

Local work agencies can pay due compensation to all persons or holder who provide information on local logs.

Article 13 provides for the use of first instance, review and end-of-the-clock review by means of a local directory of the name of the executive area of the city, district (market) region. After three trials are eligible, they can be published publicly.

Article 23 The communes of the city, the district (market) should provide recognition and incentives to units, individuals who have made remarkable achievements and contributions in the work of the local log.

Article 24 is entitled to work by a body that organizes the work of the local logs and participates in the codification of the author's rights by virtue of the local book name of the city, the district (market) area.

Article 25, in violation of article 8 of the present approach, provides that the publication of a local directory for the administration of the city, the district (market) area, and the local integrated Yearbook, has been prepared by the local log agencies to bring the executive branch to the Government of the people.

Article 26, article 11, paragraph 1, of the present approach stipulates that no codification mission or refusal to provide information is made in accordance with the provisions of the present methodology, and that the time limit is being changed by the local worrying body, and administrative disposition by the relevant authorities against the persons responsible.

The management of local logs in the development areas of Article 27 may be implemented in the light of this approach.
