Article 6 amends as follows: “The issuance and screening of licences for the operation of the Schenko film shall be reported as follows:

(i) Conducting film distribution and medium-sized joint ventures, cooperative film screenings, and the management of film distributions, screening administrative approvals;

(ii) Conducting film screenings and the management of film distributions, screening administrative approvals, either in the city or in the district where they are located;

(iii) A screening of rural digital movies and a screening of 16 mm films can be made available directly to the location's business administration to conduct registration procedures and to manage the distribution of films and the screening of the executive directory in the location.”

The words “30 days” in article 9 were amended to read “30 days” and “one year” were replaced.

The words “five years” in Article 10 are “5 years”.

Delete articles 15, 16 and 17.

V. Increase article as article 15: “In violation of article IV, Article 12, paragraph 3 and Article 14 of this approach, the punishment shall be imposed in accordance with the State Department's Regulations on the Management of Film.”

Article 19 was replaced with article 17 and deleted “administrative” and “the judiciary”.

Article 21 was replaced with Article 19 and the word “issued”.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly.
