Article 1 amends to read: “In accordance with the People's Republic of China Act on the Prevention of Hazardous Disaster Reduction (hereinafter referred to as the Prevention of Hazard Mitigation Act) and the seismic monitoring regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), this approach is developed in conjunction with the practice of this province”.

Article 2, paragraph 2, was amended to read: “The seismic observing environment referred to in this approach means the scope of protection that cannot be defined in the context of seismic monitoring facilities under national standards that affect the effectiveness of their work.”

Delete article 6.

Article 7 should be replaced with Article 6 and amended to read: “The minimum permitted by the seismic (station) to determine the scope of the environmental protection of the various sources of interference under national standards; the earthquake containing multiple observation projects (stays) to determine their scope of protection in accordance with the maximum range of protection required by their own observation projects”.

V. Article 18 should be replaced with Article 17 and the amendment to the “The Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China on the Punishment of the Security of the People's Republic of China”.

Article 20 was replaced with Article 19 and the word “issued”.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly. In addition, individual languages were revised.
