The second amendment reads as follows: “The underlying maps described in this approach refer to the establishment of a national harmonized mapping benchmark and mapping system, the conduct of basic air photographs, access to information on remote sensing based geospatial information, the measurement and updating of national basic scale maps, video maps and digitalized products, and the establishment and updating of basic geographic information systems”.

Article IV amends as follows:

In addition, as article 9: “The Government of more than the people at the district level mapping the administrative authorities shall strengthen the basic mapping of emergency response guarantees, establish pre-emptions for emergency response at this level, equipped and equipped with the appropriate equipment and equipment, and enhance the capacity of basic mapping emergency support services”.

Article 11 should be replaced with Article 12, and amended to read: “The Government of the people at the district level should update results on a regular basis, and the results of the mapping of the basis for economic construction, social development and public emergency needs should be updated in a timely manner. The updated results-based mapping cycle is implemented in accordance with the following provisions:

(i) The upgrade cycle of the PACT, the Highway Control Network and the Space Positioning Network will not exceed 10 years;

(ii) The cycle of diagrams, video maps and digitalized products is not more than five years than five years;

(iii) A cycle of five years, one kilometre, one kilometre of basic size, diagrams and digitization products update;

(iv) The basic geographic information database should be updated as appropriate.”

The order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly, in accordance with the above amendments.
