Delete article 20.

Article 28 was replaced with article 27 and amends paragraphs 1, 2 to read as follows: “The operation of a cemetery is operated and administered by a sanctuary administration in the area, and other units and individuals may not be carried out.

The operation of the cemeteries is made by the municipal, district-level civil affairs department of the establishment, which is authorized by the same-level people's Government and is operational upon receipt of the cemetery operation permit.”

Article 33 was replaced with article 32 and the words “Washington 500” were replaced with “5 hundred dollars”.

Article 34 was replaced with article 33 and amended to read: “In violation of article 11 of this approach, the use of special cars for non-carriage services is not authorized by the local administration, with a fine of three thousand dollars for the driver.”

V. Article 35 was replaced with Article 34 and the words “200” were replaced with “Finals”.

Article 36 was replaced with Article 335 and the words “200” were replaced by “Finals”.

Article 37 was replaced with article 36 and amended to read: “In violation of article 20 of this approach, the local civil affairs sector would be seized with the business administration and fined twice the proceeds of the conflict”.

Article 38 was replaced with article 37 and amended to read as follows: “In violation of article 21 of this approach, the local civil affairs sector, in conjunction with the business administration, would provide for the production, sale of persons, forfeiture of the manufacturer, forfeiture of the proceeds of the law, destroy in kind and impose a fine of two to three times the proceeds of the violation”.

Articles 9, 39 and 39 were replaced with article 38 and were amended to read: “In violation of article 22 of this approach, persons engaged in the envelope activities are punished by local public security authorities in accordance with the Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China; and fines for the widower being fined by the local civil service.”

Article 40 was deleted.

Article 11, Article 41 was replaced with article 39 and amended to read: “In violation of article 27, paragraph 1, of this approach, privately operated cemeteries, which are prohibited by the construction, land administration sector, in conjunction with the construction and land administration sector”.

Articles 12 and 42 were replaced with article 40 and the words “Article 31” were amended to read “Article 29”.

Articles 13, 44 and 42 were replaced with article 42 and the words “administrative disposition”.

Article 48 was deleted.

Articles XV, 49 were replaced with 46 and were amended to read: “The approach was implemented since the date of publication. The provisional approach to the management of burial in the northern province of the River, published on 4 May 1984, was also repealed.”

The order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly, in accordance with the above amendments. In addition, individual languages were revised.
