Decision of the Government of the People of the City to repeal nine regulations, such as the Final Economic Zone, to put an end to unjustifiable price behaviour and to the use of violence

(Item 71 of the 7th ordinary meeting of the Twelfth People's Government of 25 November 2010 to consider the adoption of the Decree No. 118 of 3 December 2010 on the date of publication of the Government Order No. 118 of 3 December 2010)

In order to better adapt to the full advancement of the legal administration and expedite the construction of the rule of law, in accordance with the request made by the Executive Office of the State Department of State for the notification of issues related to the preparation of the regulatory clean-up work (No. [2010]39) and the Executive Office of the Provincial Government of the Ministry of State for the clearance of existing regulations developed by the municipality, in accordance with the request of the Office of the State of State (No. [2010]94). In accordance with the decision taken by the Government of 25 November 2010 at the twelfth 10th ordinary session, the regulations listed in the annex to the present decision have been repealed since the date of publication of the present decision.
