Medalities for heroic exemplary medalism in the province of Yangi

(Adopted by the 45th Standing Committee of the People's Government of Southern West Province on 29 December 2010, No. 188 of 25 January 2011 of the Order of the People's Government of Southern West Province, which was published as from 1 March 2011)

Article 1, in order to promote and reward heroic model, to promote an era of tranquillity, to build momentum for social harmony and to develop this approach in the light of the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

The award for heroic model in the current province's administration is applied.

This approach refers to heroic model, including the following:

(i) Implementation of tasks such as the seizure of disasters, the disposal of sudden-onset incidents or the oral and heroic sacrifice, which are authorized by law to serve as martyrs;

(ii) Implementation of tasks such as disaster relief, the disposal of sudden-onset events, which have been caused by public sacrifices, injuries and disability, and access to persons with higher-level Honours;

(iv) Other heroic monuments were particularly highlighted, and the provincial Government of the Ministry of Civil Affairs confirmed as a person for heroic model.

Article 3 provides the principle of a combination of mental incentives, material incentives and social security for heroby.

Article 4 Governments of more people at the district level should strengthen the leadership of heroic model awards, with specific work being carried out by civil society organizations.

The institutions and sectors such as the Integrated Governance, Finance, Human Resources and Social Security, housing and urban-rural construction, education, health, business and tax are awarded a heroic model in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Within their respective work, trade unions, WCAs, WCPU and ICRC contribute to the Government's exemplary work.

The media, such as radio, television, newspapers and networks, should take a variety of forms to disseminate the heroic model.

Article 8. Article 9. (iii) The increase in the number of secondary school attendances;

(iv) Participation in general high-level examinations, high adult studies, and an increase of 20 files.

Article 14. The heroic model of family life is difficult, and the civil affairs component of the district-level government should be given temporary assistance and grass-roots organizations or units should be assisted.

Article 15. Older persons who have been left behind by the martyrs are entitled to regular pension entitlements in accordance with the State's provisions; there are still difficulties in living, with a one-time subsistence allowance from the local government's civil affairs sector; their own voluntary local government can be placed in the social welfare institution.

Article 16 Governments of more people at the district level should incorporate the provision of heroic model awards into the financial budget.

Social organizations and individuals are encouraged to contribute to heroic model.

Article 17

(i) Provision of a one-time hardship allowance for the difficult heroby model family;

(ii) Provision of livelihood benefits for children who attend difficult heroby models at higher institutions;

(iii) A one-time acquisition of life insurance for under-aged children for young soldiers not less than 50 million dollars;

(iv) Other special funding for heroic model families.

Article 18: In one of the relevant departments and units working in herooby Memorial Awards, the authorities are treated in accordance with the law; constitute a crime and hold criminal responsibility under the law:

(i) No pension, an honorary or grant is provided in accordance with the criteria, amounts, targets;

(ii) Funding for corruption, misappropriation, retention and private award;

(iii) Use of office facilities for requests or receipt of property;

(iv) Other omissions, abuse of authority and provocative fraud.

Article 19 does not comply with the obligations of heroic model units, which are converted by the relevant authorities of the people at the district level to the period of time; refuses to change and dispose of the responsible and direct responsibilities by law.

Article 20 takes place or deceasing the pension, paying tribute and grant, and is returned to the proceeds of illegality by the Government of the more people at the district level; constitutes an offence punishable by law.

Article 21, this approach is implemented effective 1 March 2011.
