Decision of the Government of the Grand province on the repeal of 10 government regulations, such as the Gangang Province Highway Conservation and Guarding.

(Adopted by the 67th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Grand province on 26 November 2010 and issued by Decree No. 75 of 2 December 2010 on the date of publication)

In order to fully implement the letter of the Executive Office of the Department of State on issues related to the preparation of regulations clean-up work (No. [2010]28), the provincial Government organized a comprehensive clean-up of existing effective government regulations in municipalities, self-government and provincial government departments. Adopted at the 67th ordinary meeting of the provincial Government, held on 26 November 2010, decided to repeal 10 of these regulations. The list of government regulations and statements that will be repealed are made available as follows:

Order No. 1:

Name: Highway afforestation and escort provisions in Gang Province

Name: Utilization of the Gang Province Fund

Note: Incompatible with existing national management provisions.

Order No. 3

Name: Excellence of pensions by military personnel in Gang Province

No. 27 of 9 July 2002 amendments to Government Order No. 27.

Note: In 2004, the Department of State issued a new Code on the Priorities of Military Staff Pension, which repealed the 1998 Code on the Priorities of Military Staff Pension, which had been established on the basis of the cancellation.

Name: provisional provisions for arbitration of agricultural contracts in Gang Province

No. 27 of 9 July 2002 was amended by Government Order No. 27 of 9 July 2002.

Note: The 2009 Law on Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Rural Land Contracting in the People's Republic of China, has been enacted, and the former provisions are not inconsistent with the law.

Note: The 2007 Law on Conciliation of Labour Disputes in the People's Republic of China was issued and the provisions were not consistent with the law.
