In accordance with the notification by the Executive Office of the Department of State on issues related to the preparation of the regulatory clean-up work (No. [2010]28) and the notification by the Office of the People's Government of the province for the implementation of regulations clearance (No. 46 [2010]45), it has been carefully cleared and has been decided to centralize the provisions of 10 regulations, such as the Modalities for the management of fires in Vilhan City, and to repeal 14 regulations such as the provisions on wildlife protection in the city of Vilhan.

Specific elements of a central revision of the provisions of the 10 regulations

(i) Amendments to the Modalities for the management of fires in Vilhan City as follows:

Amendments to the National People's Republic of China Regulation on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China Act on the Punishment of Public Security Management of the People's Republic of China, to the “Strategic Water Management Approach” in the city of Vavhan City” were made “The Water Supply Regulations in the city of Vilhan”.

(ii) Amendments to the Regulations on Security and Safety of the Indian Creole in the city of Vilhan as follows:

Amendments to the Regulations on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China under article 1 are “The Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China”.

Amendments to “zones” in Article 20 are “zones”.

(iii) Amendments to the Regulation on the Safety of Carriage (Electronic) Carriage of Vavhan City:

Amendments to the “Perace Regulation of the People's Republic of China” in article 1 are “The Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China”.

(iv) Amendments to the approach to the placement of family members of the Vavourish City Army accompanied by the following:

Amendments to “zones” in Articles 5, 9, 12 and 13 are “zones”.

Amendments to “personal, labour sector” in Articles 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 are “Human resources and social security sectors”.

(v) Amendments to the Modalities for the management of the Vavhan People's Warning Facility:

Amendments to “zones” in articles 4, 6, 7, 12 and 16 are “zones”.

(vi) Amendments to the laundering of motor vehicles in the city of Vilhan as follows:

Amendments to Article 2, “The city's construction area” are “in the city area and in the city's people's government to identify other areas where urbanization is managed”.

Delete article 22, “The clean management of mobile vehicles in suburbs of the city may be carried out in the light of this approach”.

(vii) Amendments to the “one-day” management approach in the city of Vilhan as follows:

(x) Amendments to the provisional approach to accountability for executive heads in violation of land management provisions in the city of Vilhan as follows:

Amendments to the Urban Land Resources and Housing Authority in Article 7.
