Article 35, paragraph 2, should be amended to read “The sale of radio launch equipment shall be made available to municipal radio management authorities in the establishment area, with the exception of public mobile communications vehicles”.

Article 49 was amended to read “in violation of article 35, paragraph 1, of this approach, which provides for the sale of radio launch equipment, which is transferred by radio management to the business administration sector by law”.

The word “expropriation” in article 26, paragraph 1, was changed as “used”.

Eighteenth, Sichuan Province (No. 183)

Paragraph (vi) of article 28 would be deleted.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the provisions of some of the regulations is adjusted accordingly.
