Management of radio launch equipment in Hindu Province

(Adopted by the 38th Standing Committee of the People's Government of Honour, 4 January 2011, No. 123 of the People's Government Order No. 123 of 19 January 2011)

Article 1 provides for the effective maintenance of the air-quality order in order to strengthen the management of the sale of radio launch equipment, in line with the National People's Republic of China Radio Regulations and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2 units and individuals involved in the sale of radio launch equipment in the administration of the province (hereinafter referred to as salesers) should be respected.

(ii) Basic information on buyers and users;

(iii) Basic information on radio launch equipment sold;

(iv) Other matters under laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 11. The sale should receive the radio launch equipment of the People's Republic of China Radio Accreditation, which should be informed by the purchaser to the local radio administration for the processing of the relevant procedures.

Article 12

(i) The frequency of the use of the sale of the equipment and the manner in which it is consistent with the National People's Republic of China Radio Frequencies;

(ii) The technical indicators of the sold equipment are consistent with national standards;

(iii) Whether the sale of the equipment obtained a radio launch vehicle approval certificate;

(iv) Whether the salesr conducts a register of the licensed radio launch equipment in accordance with this approach;

(v) Other matters under laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 13, when the radio management inspectes the sale of radio launch equipment, has the right to take the following measures:

(i) The seller is required to provide the material such as the approval of the licensee for the sale of radio launch equipment;

(ii) Technical testing of the sale of radio launch equipment.

Article 14. Radio management shall not be charged for testing when technical testing of the sale of radio launch equipment is conducted.

Article 15 Radio management bodies should refrain from regularly disseminating relevant laws, regulations and regulations to sellers.
