In accordance with the notification by the Executive Office of the Department of State on issues related to the preparation of the regulatory clean-up process (No. [2010]28), the Government of the city has made a comprehensive clean-up of all existing 33 regulations established between 1989 and 2008, and has decided to amend and repeal the following municipal government regulations (a part of the changes in the regulations of the city) as shown in the table below:

The Urban Planning Act of the People's Republic of China, in article 1 of the Urban Planning Management Scheme of the Governors of Sharm el-Sheikh (Parliament No. 101), has been amended to the People's Republic of China Rural and Rural Planning Act; the Modalities for the implementation of the People's Republic of China Rural and Rural Planning Act in Article 1 of Article 1 of the Lake Southern Province; and the National People's Republic of China Police Regulation Amendments to the Law on Justice Management of the People's Republic of China.

ii. Amendments to the Law on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China, in article 41 of the Law on the Determination of Land Rights by the Government of the Governor of Sharm el-Sheikh (Ministerial Order No. 23), to the Act on the Punishment of the Security of the People's Republic of China; and deletion of article 46.

In accordance with article 24 of the Reimbursement for the Long City of Sharm (Ministerial Government Order No. 103), the Government of the People of the State of the Region (the city) may, on the basis of this approach, develop, in conjunction with local realities, other compensation, allowances for resettlement, and compensation for young people, the subsidy rate, which is subject to confirmation by the Government of the city and the subsequent implementation by the Government of the province.

Amendments to article 15 of the Act on the Management of Older Goods in Sharm el-Sheikh (Ministerial Government Order No. 94) to read: “The acquisition of this method prohibits the acquisition of goods, confiscation by public security authorities of illegal acquisitions and proceeds of law, and a fine of up to $50 million”.

V. Abolition of the Transport Safety Management Approach to the Long City of Sharm el-Sheikh Watercourses (Ministerial Decree No. 92).
